RYAN SNIDER | ASSISTANT COACH

Ryan Snider was hired as the assistant coach of the University of Pittsburgh gymnastics program in July of 2017.

UNIVERSITY OF PITTSBURGH | ASSISTANT COACH (2018)

  • Named assistant coach of University of Pittsburgh gymnastics program July 1, 2017
  • Helped lead Pitt to its first NCAA Regional Championship appearance since 2013, where the team posted the highest regional score in program history after scoring a 195.125 at the Columbus Regional
  • Helped guide the Panthers to 19 top-10 program marks in the 2018 season, both individually and as a team
  • Coached Pitt on bars, where the team posted five top-10 program marks, which includes four of the top five scores and the top mark (49.275) in program history
  • Guided Lucy Brett to the second-highest bars score in program history after the junior scored a 9.925 in the event
  • Coached the Panthers on vault, where the squad posted the second best mark (49.175) and the fourth best score (49.100) in school history

UNIVERSITY OF ARKANSAS | VOLUNTEER ASSISTANT COACH (2015-2016)

  • Named volunteer assistant coach in 2015 after spending a year as team manager
  • In 2016, the Razorbacks scored a 49.000 or better on vault in 11 of 13 meets
  • Finished 2016 with a final RQS of 49.160 ranking 11th in the nation
  • Guided Amanda Wellick to NACGC/W Regular Season Second Team Vault All-American honors for the second consecutive year

AERIAL ATHLETICS | HEAD COACH

  • Served as the head coach of Aerial Athletics in San Antonio, Texas
  • Coached over 30 state, regional and national champions
  • Guided more than 15 athletes to full-ride scholarships during his tenure

EDUCATION

  • Graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2017
