Pitt Gymnastics Camps

Come and join us for some great summer fun! Sign up for the Pittsburgh Gymnastics Camp today!

During camp, participants will be instructed on all four events, as well as dance and trampoline. There will be open gym and recreational activities to balance out the camp experience.

CAMP DATES
Camp #1: Monday, June 30th - Tuesday, July 1st 2025
Camp #2: Friday, July 11th – Saturday, July 12th 2025

WHO
All Female Gymnasts Ages 7 & Up, From Beginner To Elite
Previous experience is recommended, but not required.

LOCATION & FACILITIES
Gymnasts will train in Trees Hall. This facility is home to the University of Pittsburgh Gymnastics Team. The training center is a 12,000 square foot facility that houses state of the art equipment including:

• 2 Vaulting stations into foam pit (1 into foam pit, 1 into resi pit)
• 3 full sets of Uneven Bars (1 full set of uneven bars into resi pit)
• 1 single Bars into foam pit
• In-ground Channel single bar
• 6 Reflex Balance Beams & 1 low beam
• Resi and foam pits for Beam dismounts
• 50’x50’ Floor Exercise
• Tumbling strips into foam & resi pit
• 50’ Rod Floor
• Trampoline

WHAT TO BRING
Everyone should bring t-shirts, shorts, leotards, comfortable shoes, and any personal gym equipment (grips, wrist guards, & tape). Campers should bring their own lunch.

MEALS
Lunches are not included as part of camp. Campers should bring their own lunch.

CAMP RULES

• Parents are not allowed to take kids away for lunch during camp.
• No food or drink allowed in the gym. Water Bottles (with water in them) are the exception.
• No parents in the gym
• SAFETY FIRST ALWAYS! No Diving into pits head first. Please ask your camp coaches before attempting any skills.
• Only one person at a time allowed on the trampoline.
• No running or horseplay in the gym.
• You must ask permission to leave the gym for any reason.
• You cannot leave the camp without permission of Director.
• NO GUM in the gym!
• No smoking, drugs, or alcohol.
• No profanity.
• No cell phones during gym time.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

CAMP ITINERARY
Day 1
8:30am - 9:00am→ Check-in
9:00am - 11:30am → Session 1
11:30am - 12:30pm → Lunch
12:30pm - 4:00pm → Session 2
4:00pm → Camper Pick Up
*All campers must be picked up by 4:30pm daily

Day 2
9:00am - 9:30am→ Check-in
9:30am - 11:30am → Session 1
11:30am - 12:30pm → Lunch
12:30pm - 3:45pm → Session 2
3:45pm → Campers will have the opportunity to show their camp dance to parents
4:00pm → Camper Pick Up
*All campers must be picked up by 4:30pm daily.

CANCELLATIONS / REFUND POLICY
All camps are non-refundable. Refunds will only be given in unforeseen circumstance, such as injuries or other unique situation.
